MES has very long term relationships with our providers, helping us to ensure high quality and efficiency on each job. Our project managers have over three decades of experience as subcontractors and project managers. We are able to scale up to jobs of any size, and are an authorized JOC contractor with the State of Arizona. MES has the strength to perform on jobs ranging up to $6,000,000. MES fully warranties and guarantees all jobs performed by MES and their contractors.
MES is one of only twenty-nine premier providers approved for JOC contracting at Arizona State University.
Our founder has been a General Contractor for more than 34 years. He has been responsible for construction, repair and expansion of everything from massive 60,000 square foot ground up projects, to retail facilities, restaurants, commercial and residential improvements, expansions, and custom builds.
